Her involvement in elderly care began through caring for her mother-in-law during recovery from a stroke, an experience that deepened her patience, empathy, and commitment to supporting older adults with dignity.

Her background includes many years working as a babysitter and in the local service industry in Kuantan, followed by part-time roles accompanying elderly individuals to hospital appointments and active involvement in community-based elderly groups. These experiences have given her a strong understanding of seniors’ physical, emotional, and daily care needs.
