The management of this Ipoh nursing home is really attentive. Whether it is the environment, activity arrangements or employee training, they are all very systematic. The person in charge is also easy to communicate with and will respond to any problems in a timely manner. We feel at ease!

Highly recommend My Place Care Centre Ipoh for anyone seeking reliable, high-quality elderly care. The centre is well-maintained, staff are trained and patient, and their programs are thoughtfully designed to keep residents active and engaged. My mum especially enjoys the morning exercises and handcrafted sessions. I really appreciate the regular updates and open communication. A safe, supportive environment that truly puts seniors first.

They communicate with us clearly, always notify us if there are any small changes, and genuinely seem to care, not just “do their job”. The environment is cosy, and they’ve even decorated it with festive items to make it feel more like home. We are so thankful to have found this place.

My Place's service is really good 👏
My mother-in-law had always hired someone to look after her at home, but we were annoyed by the rotation. Later, a friend introduced this place and brought her here to try it out... Now she is very happy, she has friends to do activities with, and someone to take care of her every day, so she is not bored and has no random thoughts. Her complexion is much better! It feels like staying in a homestay hahaha
