With over a decade of hands-on experience in elderly care, Nurul brings strong compassion, clinical knowledge, and leadership to the care team at JR Kuantan Care Centre (JRKC). Her role focuses on ensuring residents receive consistent, respectful, and high-quality care.
Nurul began her healthcare journey through hospital housemanship, where she worked across multiple medical departments. During this period, she discovered a strong connection with elderly care, which led her to work three years at a care centre in Penang and seven years at JR Pro Care Centre (JRPC), before joining JR Kuantan Care Centre to lead the caregiving team.
Her passion for elderly care comes from finding purpose in building meaningful relationships with older adults. She believes quality care begins with presence and communication, making it a daily priority to speak with every resident, understand their needs, and ensure their safety, dignity, and comfort.
As a leader, Nurul focuses on proper training, teamwork, and open communication. She guides caregivers on correct elderly care practices, supports them in resolving challenges together, and maintains a calm, structured approach during emergencies by coordinating closely with families and medical services.
