During an emergency, the team responds quickly, provides immediate assistance and informs the resident\u2019s family as soon as possible. If urgent medical attention is required and the family cannot be reached, the team will arrange for the resident to receive appropriate medical care without delay. Victoria also keeps families connected through regular messages, photos and videos where appropriate. If any unusual changes are noticed in a resident\u2019s health, behaviour or daily condition, the family will be updated promptly.
